Welcome to Your Business of the Future Diagnostic Tool.
This tool rates your business against 10 key elements. You will be asked to consider a series of 5 statements for each element and indicate if you agree or not. If you can quickly say ‘Yes, I agree’ to this statement, then tick the Yes box. If it takes you more than 30 seconds to answer ‘yes’ or you are unsure, then tick the ‘No’ box.
Once you have worked your way through the tool, your results will appear as a spider diagram that clearly shows which elements of your business need immediate attention (where you scored 3 or less) and those that are targeted for future improvement to maintain Momentum (where you scored 3 or more).
